Please note that there is a maximum of 4 guests per session, and larger groups will need to purchase additional sessions to accommodate everyone. Additionally, please allow for travel time as guests will follow an escort up to the Hilltop Lodge, and be brought down to the Hobbit HouseTM. Times:
Private access to the Hobbit HouseTM is available to groups of up to four (4) people every 45 minutes, Wednesday through Sunday between 9:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., April 16 through May 8, 2023.
Pricing:
$200.00/per group, maximum of four (4) people.
