Time now for a summer of fun on NBC 10. Does shredding stress and having access to a superb 18-hole golf course sound appealing? That's just the beginning of what you and your family can enjoy at The Preserve. Spanning 3,500 acres of nature's finest, The Preserve Club and Residences offer luxurious homes and amenities as part of this membership-based club. Whether you're looking for a great getaway or a permanent retreat, it's all here.

Just ask Karen, a former Bostonian.

Meaghan Mooney: Karen, you're now living at The Preserve. We're standing in the middle of the woods, so tell us about your life here as a resident.

Karen: Living here is wonderful. We have three stocked fishing ponds, tennis courts, a golf course, and rock climbing with a beautiful wall. There are hikes, beautifully furnished tents with mosquito nets, and the pool will open in August. The options are unlimited. I spend more time with my boys than I ever imagined. They always want to be with me and outside. We snowmobile, so it's a destination for all four seasons. There's always instruction and safety, so my boys are learning a lot about respecting guns and the wilderness. It's truly remarkable. Plus, we're just five minutes from I-95, so I can easily head back to Boston when needed.

For fans of 'Lord of the Rings,' we have a Hobbit House for glamping, hobbit-style! It's one of the many unique experiences for members. There are also wildlife sports like hunting and clay shooting.

Karen: People come from all over the country for these activities. I had no idea this sporting world even existed. The adventures continue with fun activities and great views of the outdoors. There's so much to do and experience. Open to the public seven days a week is The Preserve's sporting shop. Plus, downstairs is America's longest automated underground shooting range, featuring 150-yard lanes.
